4 new itineraries have been created in order to carry out slow tourism activities, to alleviate the tourist pressure in protected areas by seasonally adjusting the offers on the territory. These itineraries can be traveled with eco-sustainable means such as SUP, kayak or mask and fins.

HIGH QUALITY WHALE WATCHING

The “High Quality Whale-Watching®” brand aims to guarantee the quality and sustainability of whale-watching activities. These operators undertake to respect the code of good conduct for observing animals and to raise public awareness by disseminating information on cetaceans, marine biodiversity, the activities of the two Agreements and environmental conservation.

DIVING

Luminous mooring buoys were installed in 3 scuba diving sites characterized by fragile habitats. The buoy guarantees eco-sustainable access to the site, as the boats of the diving centers will be able to take advantage of a temporary mooring and will no longer have to use anchors.

HAVEN WRECK VIRTUAL TOUR

Virtual tour of the wreck of the supertanker Haven, sunk in the Gulf of Genoa in 1991, the largest wreck that can be visited in the Mediterranean.
